We work with trusted print-on-demand partners located in the US, EU, and other regions. Your items are produced and shipped from the closest facility to your delivery address for faster shipping.
Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on your location:
- USA: 5–12 business days
- EU: 6–14 business days

How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you accept returns for wrong size or buyer’s remorse?
No, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, you may place a new order at your own expense.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Yes. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, face masks and other sealed items cannot be returned once opened. Custom products are also non-refundable.
My package is lost – what now?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@animemerchshop.com. We’ll help resolve the issue.
