Return Policy for Anime Merch Shop


Claims for Defects or Errors

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Claims for lost packages in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the costs of corrections or replacements.

If you notice an issue with a product or order, please contact us immediately at info@animemerchshop.com to report the problem.


Return Address

Returns should be sent to the return address on the package.

  • Once the return is received, we will send you an email notification.
  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • If a different return address is used, you will be responsible for handling any returned shipments.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout, the shipment will be returned to our production partner’s facility. You will need to cover the cost of reshipping once an updated address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed shipments will be returned to the facility, and reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

If no valid account or billing method is provided for the return, any unclaimed or incorrectly addressed packages will be donated to charity at your expense without a refund.


Exclusions for Sealed Goods

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods, such as face masks, are not eligible for returns or reshipping. Any returned face masks will be disposed of.


Customer-Initiated Returns

  • Customers should contact info@animemerchshop.com before returning any products.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse.
  • Size Exchanges: Size exchanges can be processed at your discretion and expense. If you choose to offer an exchange, a new order must be placed for the replacement item.

Special Conditions for Brazil

Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order by contacting us at info@animemerchshop.com. Requests must include a photo of the item. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and undamaged. Refunds are not available for used or damaged items.


Notification for EU Consumers

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods that are custom-made or personalized.
  2. Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Anime Merch Shop reserves the right to refuse returns in compliance with this directive.


Policy Governance

This policy is governed by the English language and shall prevail over any translations made for other purposes.
