At Anime Merch Shop, we value your satisfaction. While most of our items are custom-made, we accept returns for defective, damaged, or misprinted products. Below you’ll find all the details regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.
Claims for Lost Shipments
If your package is lost in transit:
- Submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If confirmed, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Face masks or other sealed hygiene products once opened
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items returned due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Size issues (unless a mistake was made in production)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you want to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), a new order must be placed, and the cost will be at your discretion.
Regional Return Terms
Brazil
Customers in Brazil may request returns within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused and undamaged
- Refunds are not issued for used or damaged items
- Shipping may be covered if the product is defective
EU Consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU)
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are custom-made or personalized
- Sealed hygiene goods that have been unsealed after delivery
Return Shipping Instructions
- Only return items after contacting our support team
- Use the return address listed on the package
- You will receive a confirmation email once the return is received
- Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days
Incorrect or Unclaimed Shipments
- If a wrong or incomplete address was provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility
- Reshipping will only occur after a valid address is confirmed and shipping costs are paid
- Unclaimed or unpaid returns will be donated without refund
Policy Governance
This return policy is governed by the English language and shall prevail over translations. It complies with Google Merchant Center requirements and applicable regional consumer laws.
